Our return policy allows you a 14-day period from receipt of the item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, contact us by email. If accepted, you will receive a shipping label and instructions. If the item is defective or non-compliant, the return will not be possible.

For refunds, once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. After that time, shipments will be made the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM will be processed on Monday morning.

Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €100.

For shipments to the European Union, the standard shipping cost is €15.00, while for international destinations outside the EU the cost is €19.99.
